Parks & Recreation

Here’s your #mondaymotivation: this Wednesday (3/30) is National Take A Walk In The Park Day. You have an official excuse to escape.

Last week we needed to escape close quarters. So we popped 20 minutes over to Cove Island Park in Stamford, CT. We strung our hammocks overlooking the wildlife sanctuary, and the kids scrambled over rocks. Others were running, walking, and biking. City and county parks are a great way for us to stretch our legs. We often work in parks with our personal wireless. State parks offer camping or cabins that are less expensive than a hotel.

How about taking a break to your local park for lunch? 30 minutes. Take lunch. Walk a trail.
